TCO empowers the Amputees to enable them to become “Challenger” in life instead of “Challenged”. Primarily we use sports to do so. Enhancing skillset is another area TCO wanted to try, however it was difficult for us to conduct offline upskilling courses as our members are scattered all over the country.

Pandemic opened new arena for TCO and we started online courses. All skill development/vocational online courses are undertaken under Swabhimaan. TCO aims to equip its members with skills required to compete with the world. We aim to enable them with right approach to earn Swabhimaan (self-respect) and make a career for themselves rather getting carried away with the disability.

The courses are done on need and interest basis on highly subsidised but a nominal fee, which is paid to the freelance trainer as honorarium. If you feel you can add value by conducting a course, pls write to us at tco.thetrust@gmail.com.
